Elections for various levels of government are happening in November and now is the time to meet with candidates, learn how they will show up for people and the land, and build connection and community with them.
Join us on Monday, August 26th at 6:00 p.m. at Montevideo Community Center to meet and have a conversation with Soil & Water Conservation District (SWCD) Supervisor and County Commissioner candidates in Chippewa, Lac Qui Parle, Renville, and Yellow Medicine Counties. You'll hear how, if elected, they will work with their constituents to build a more just and sustainable farm and food system and thriving local economies.
We'll provide refreshments and snacks, but please bring your questions!
